Welcome to YOUR20TH. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to YOUR20TH, operated by JOINT PROJECT, s.r.o., with its registered address at Třeboradická 755, Praha 8, 18200, Czech Republic.
YOUR20TH operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide curated vintage and design furniture to customers worldwide. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, govern your access to and use of the Services.

YOUR20TH specializes in vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind furniture and design objects.

– Vintage items naturally show signs of age, patina, and prior use.
– Minor imperfections, wear, variations in color, texture, or material are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
– Product descriptions and photographs aim to accurately reflect condition, but exact appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
All products are sold “as described” and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. YOUR20TH reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
An order is not considered accepted until payment is received and confirmed. Once accepted, orders may not be cancelled except as permitted under applicable consumer law or our Refund Policy.
Purchases are subject exclusively to our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

YOUR20TH is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and YOUR20TH. Shopify bears no responsibility for products, transactions, or disputes arising from purchases made through our store.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your transactions with YOUR20TH.
