Bauhaus Tubular Steel Flower Stand with Colored Glass Shelves, 1950s, Czechoslovakia, 79 × 30 x 105 cm
An elegant Bauhaus flower stand featuring a chrome-plated tubular steel frame with newly fitted light blue and white glass shelves. Its clean geometric lines and functional design make it an ideal display piece for plants, books, or decorative objects.
Produced in Czechoslovakia during the 1950s, this vintage flower stand (étagère) is a fine example of Bauhaus and Functionalist design. The lightweight tubular steel construction and open shelving embody the movement's emphasis on simplicity, practicality, and architectural form. Designed as a flower stand, it also serves beautifully as a display shelf in both vintage and contemporary interiors.
The stand is crafted from chrome-plated tubular steel and fitted with new colored glass shelves in light blue and white. It remains in very good vintage condition.
