Scandinavian style long sideboard by Sedl źek & Vyźˇtal, Czechoslovakia, 1960s

Mid century sideboard from the 1960´s. This furniture were designed by Karel Vyčítal and Milos Sedláček for Dřevotvar Jablonné nad Orlicí in the former Czechoslovakia. Milos Sedláček and Karel Vyčítal were leading Czechoslovak post-war architects who worked for the Czechoslovak firm Dřevotvar Jablonné nad Orlicí. Their work was obviously inspired by post-war Scandinavian design, which they not only drew inspiration from, but tried to modify it in various ways. This piece of furniture is made of high-quality walnut wood. It´s in good Vintage condition, shows signs of age and using. Height: 71 cm, lenght: 180 cm, depth: 35 cm
